You are invited to a fun, interactive workshop to inspire, encourage and equip you and your family in your faith at home together.

The workshop takes place on Saturday 3rd February from 10am – 12pm at Chelwood Baptist Church, Adswood Road, Cheadle Hulme, Stockport SK8 5QA

Come and enjoy a creative mix of games and activities as a family. Try out new ways to explore the Bible and pray together and discover what suits your unique family.

The workshop is aimed at families with children who are mostly between 4 and 11 years old, although younger and older children are welcome. Children remain the responsibility of their parents or carers throughout, and the whole session is set up for adults and children work together, experimenting with ideas they can take home and apply at home.

We will start off playing some games to explore faith at home in the Bible and discover some of the things we already do in our homes which help our faith grow.

Then there’ll be a Bible story read together then get a chance to try out lots of different ways to explore it as a family.

We’ll then get together as a group to reflect on what we’ve done and to try out a few creative prayer activities.

This will be followed by more time to explore, this time finding new ways to pray as a family together.

Victoria from GodVenture will be around the whole time to answer any questions and help you get the most out of the session. The aim is to encourage you in what you do already and give you some ideas for you to use at home together.

This ticket is for one family and includes a bag of faith at home resources for each family. Please bring confirmation of this purchase with you on the day.
